Privacy policy

The short version

This site has no cookies, no analytics, and no tracking of any kind. The only thing we collect is what you deliberately send us through the contact form.

Who we are

Aizen is operated by Chandni Singh, trading as aizenops. For anything in this policy, write to hello@aizenops.ai and we will reply within 30 days.

If you contact us

The contact form asks for your name, email address and message, and optionally your company and role. When you send it, that goes to a Google Sheet in our own Google Workspace account and we are notified by email.

The form includes one hidden field that real visitors never see. Automated spam scripts tend to fill it in, so anything arriving with it completed is marked as suspected junk. We keep those entries rather than deleting them, so we can tell how much automated traffic the form attracts.

Enquiries are kept for 24 months from our last contact with you, then moved to an archive and deleted. Ask us to delete yours sooner and we will.

If you book a call

Scheduling runs through Cal.com, which collects your name, email address, timezone, and any answers you give to its booking questions, then places the meeting in both our calendars.

Two things we don't control

This site is hosted on Cloudflare, whose servers receive your IP address in order to deliver pages to you. That is true of any web host.

The typefaces load from Google Fonts, which means your IP address also reaches Google when a page loads. We plan to serve these files ourselves, which will remove that entirely.

What we don't do

We don't sell personal data, share it with advertisers, add you to a mailing list because you contacted us, or use what you send us to train models.

Your rights

Ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@aizenops.ai. You don't need to give a reason.

Changes

We expect to add site analytics before long, and to serve our typefaces ourselves rather than loading them from Google. When either happens, this policy will be updated to say so before the change goes live, with a new date at the top.
